Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Koiray inference API and related services (the "Service") provided by MCOCLOUD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("Koiray", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

1. The Service

Koiray provides API access to open-weight machine learning models running on our infrastructure. The models, their capabilities and our prices are listed on koiray.com and may change over time. You may access the Service directly with an API key we issue, or through a routing platform such as OpenRouter, in which case that platform's terms also apply to you.

2. API keys

Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe a key has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

You must also comply with the licence of each model you use. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms, and we will tell you why where we are able to.

4. Your content and outputs

As between you and us, you retain your rights in the prompts and other inputs you send, and you own the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable model licence. We do not store your inputs or outputs and do not use them to train models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Model outputs

Models can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, particularly for medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions.

6. Fees and billing

Usage is charged per token at the prices shown on koiray.com, unless a separate agreement says otherwise. When you use the Service through a routing platform, that platform bills you under its own terms. We may change prices for future usage with at least 14 days' notice on our website or by email to direct customers.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a written service-level agreement says so. We may limit request rates, return capacity errors under load, or perform maintenance.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, giving reasonable notice where practical. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for material changes we will give direct customers notice by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
